Missing a scheduled session, webinar, workshop, coaching call, or other live event does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, replacement session, or extension unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or refund policy. Any recordings, resources, or access periods provided as part of a program will be subject to the access conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All original content made available through vishakamk.in or Vishaka MK's products and services — including text, graphics, branding, logos, imagery, videos, presentations, workbooks, exercises, educational materials, product names, program structures, methodologies, and frameworks — is owned by Vishaka MK or used with appropriate permission, except where otherwise stated. The Emotional GPS™ and Train The Brain™ frameworks and associated original materials are proprietary to Vishaka MK. No content, framework, methodology, training material, or digital resource may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, taught, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Vishaka MK, except as permitted by applicable law.
